一年之计在于春。2019开年以来，林全金院长、林全钢副院长紧抓品质工作，亲率项目团队多次走访园区现场，现场勘察改造提升效果，并就园区二阶段升级改造工作，邀请园区开发运营团队组织召开现场会，进行提升方案的沟通、各项细节设计及施工工作的执行敲定。
